Since the inception of the Spring Garden Festival, the high quality exhibitor booths have been an important component in the popularity and success of our festival. Year after year we hear comments from our vendors about the value of the sales and customer leads they have created during this 2-day festival. We are pleased to have a strong set of returning vendors every year, and we are proud of the reputation the Spring Garden Festival has formed as one of Florida's premier outdoor shows.

Our Festival Features

  • Plants, landscape displays, and gardening supplies.
  • Arts and crafts, both silent and live auctions.
  • Educational seminars and informational displays
  • Children’s activity areas and live entertainment
  • Food to satisfy any appetite

Application Process

Before applying to participate in the Spring Garden Festival, you should review all the pages of the Vendor Information Kit. To submit an application, you must complete and return the "Vendor Request for Participation" located in the online forms section of this website. After your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an invitation to participate.

Booth fees and Booth Information

  • Food Vendors -- $175.00 (taxes included). Booth size is 15’ X 20’.
  • Other Vendors -- $150.00 (taxes included).
    • Standard Booth sizes are 15’ x 15’
    • Landscaper displays are assigned a 25 x 25 booth size.
    • Additional booths may be purchased based on availability.
  • Informational Booths -- FREE (provided no items are being sold).
    • There are a limited number of spaces in this category, and booths are assigned based on relevance to the festival.
    • Selling products will require a $150.00 vendor fee.
