The Spring Garden Festival has prepared several electronic forms to facilitate the process of communication between current and potential vendors. Please use the links on this page to communicate with the organizing committee.

Electronic forms:

Vendor Request for Participation form -- Use this form once each year to submit your request to participate in the annual festival. The committee will do a preliminary review of your application and consider how your business/organization would fit with the festival's purpose. Final acceptance is conditional upon submission of the mail-in vendor confirmation sheet. If your application is accepted, you will be expected to immediately mail a check or money order for the total of your festival fees.
NOTE: Returning vendors in good standing may choose to mail their festival fees with their signed confirmation sheet. If, for any reason, your request for participation is rejected, your check will be returned.

Vendor Mail-in Confirmation sheet -- Once you complete the annual "Vendor Request for Participation" form, this confirmation sheet will be displayed for you to print out and mail to the Spring Garden Festival organizing committee. You can use this link to reprint a confirmation sheet for your most recent application.

Auction Item Donation form -- If you have offered to donate item(s) to the festival's silent and/or live auction, please use this form to provide a description of the item(s) and indicate  to which auction  you will be contributing.

Proceeds from the Silent Auction benefit the projects of the Gainesville Garden Club.

Procceds from the Plant Auction benefit the Frontrunner Chapter of the FNGLA  and their projects.

Interactive Exhibitor Directory Form -- Spring Garden Festival exhibitors can make contact with our patrons year-round by being listed in the "SGF Interactive Exhibitor Directory." Fill out this form to create your online profile.

Event Feedback from Vendors form -- After the festival, our vendors are invited to provide constructive feedback to the Spring Garden Festival organizing committee. We constantly strive to improve the festival experience for our patrons and our vendors. Your suggestions on how to further improve the festival are valuable to us!
