Festival Hours

The Spring Garden Festival is open to the public on:

• Saturday, March 26 2011 -- 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Sunday, March 27, 2011 -- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Vendor Application Deadline

The deadline for applying to be a vendor at the 2011Spring Garden Festival is Friday, February 4, 2011. The process is described on the vendor home page, and the online forms are also available on this website.

Exhibit Set-up

The majority of vendor booths will be allowed to set-up on Friday, March 25, 2011 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. We recommend that all food vendors and vendors with large vehicles set-up on Thursday, March 24, 2011 Vendors who will set-up on Thursday should call ahead to make arrangements for their time of arrival. No exhibit set-ups will be allowed to occur after 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2011

A security guard is on patrol Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

Exhibit Restocking

Hours for restocking are:

• Saturday, March 26 2011 -- 7:00 to 8:30 a.m. & 6:00 to 7:00pm
• Sunday, March 27 2011 -- 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.

Exhibit Breakdown

Vendor exhibits may begin tearing down no earlier than 5:00pm on Sunday, March 27 2011
